Canoe hire on the Ardèche for a day, starting from Vallon Pont d’Arc, for an unforgettable day out with family or friends! You can leave your car in our shaded car park.
You’ll hire your canoe or kayak independently and, after a full briefing on safety and how to use your boat, you’ll set off on the water.
For the 32km ‘sporting adventure’ route, meet at 8 am at our base. The route takes you under the legendary Pont d’Arc, through the nature reserve and on to Sauzes in the commune of St Martin d’Ardèche.
For the 24km ‘sporting adventure’ route, meet at 8.30am at our base. You’ll travel by shuttle to Châmes and start directly at the Gorges de l’Ardèche nature reserve.
Upon arrival, we’ll agree on your return time so you can make the most of your day-long canoe hire on the Ardèche. You’ll have the whole day to paddle down the river and enjoy a swim, a picnic break, a quick nap, or simply take in the magnificent scenery. You’ll be paddling for between 5 and 7 hours (on average), depending on your route through the Gorges de l’Ardèche nature reserve.
Our team will be there to welcome you and take you back by bus at the end of the day at the agreed time between 4pm and 5pm in Sauzes, St Martin d’Ardèche, to return to La Petite Mer.
