Opt for a great adventure and choose canoeing the Ardeche in 2 days or more !
Departing from our nautical base in Vallon Pont d’Arc (for the 32 km trip), you’ll embark directly, leaving your vehicle in our shaded parking lot.
We can rent you canoes and kayaks for the 2 days, and we can also book your night in a tent online at the Gaud or Gournier bivouacs in the heart of the Gorges de l’Ardèche protected area.
We’ll explain everything you need to know, and provide you with all the equipment you need for a safe and relaxing descent.
We’ll provide each of you with a 55-liter waterproof canister… In it, you’ll be able to carry everything you need to have a good time (your meals, water, sleeping gear…). You can consult our advice sheet here.
After these hours of navigation and bivouac in this beautiful canyon of the Ardèche Gorges, we’ll meet you the next day in Sauzes, where our team will be there to welcome you and take you by bus back to La Petite Mer.
2 possible options
The most common: descend the 32 km from La Petite Mer, passing under the mythical Pont d’Arc, then through the protected area to Sauzes in the commune of Saint Martin d’Ardèche.
From Châmes: descend the 24 km starting directly from the protected area.
