Ugo fell in love with boats at a very early age… He has been sailing for several years now, enriching his knowledge of the legendary Ardèche Gorges. He holds a state certificate in canoeing, kayaking and related disciplines, and is also certified by the Ardèche Gorges Nature Reserve.
For several years, he sailed alongside the boatmen of the Ardèche, who shared and cultivated his passion for this beautiful river.
We have been together for several years now and are parents to two boys who have also developed a passion for kayaking.

After a quick briefing, you’ll be ready to go, and she will be happy to chat with you when you return from your activities, in the shade on the terrace at La Petite Mer.

La Petite Mer water sports centre
At La Petite Mer, you’ll be welcomed right by the water’s edge, on a wooded site covering around 6,000 m². Our base, situated on the banks of the River Ardèche, features a small beach overlooking a stretch of water where you can sunbathe and swim.
This unspoilt site is ideal for picnics, playing bocce or trying your hand at slacklining.
We have around a hundred boats, canoes, kayaks, canoes, rafts, paddleboards… as well as all the equipment you need for canyoning.
We have vehicles available to shuttle our customers.
The centre has a shaded car park. Whether you arrive by car, campervan, scooter, bike or on foot (bus station 10 mins away), anything is possible.
